The entire LogicGate team got together for the first time in years, and we had a fantastic time celebrating all that we’ve achieved despite current global challenges. Everyone appreciated finally seeing each other in person again as it was the first in-person gathering after years of being fully remote for many of our newest colleagues.
The team celebrated our overall growth, critical acclaim, and new team members. We’ve expanded our talented workforce to over 200 employees as we continually jumped any hurdles that came our way, from COVID-19 to rising inflation rates.
The event began with our Women in LogicGate EAG hosting a breakfast before our full-day meeting to kick things off. The group provided delicious food and fun activities for everyone to enjoy.
Plenty of Reasons to Celebrate
The event wasn’t just to see each other again — it was a celebration. We celebrated all that we’ve achieved in recent years, and we had several reasons to pat ourselves on the back.
LogicGate has been recognized by the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Businesses list and was named one of Crain’s Business Best Places to Work in Chicago. And it wasn’t our first time on either well-respected list.
This year marks our second appearance on the Inc. 5000 list. The list ranks the fastest-growing companies in the United States based solely on their revenue increase, as a percentage, from 2018 to 2021. So we weren’t only competing with our peers in the industry but with every private company in the country.
The Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago list evaluates both a company’s practices and results from an employee survey that gauges working conditions, company culture, and how they’re treated. This year marks our third year as one of Chicago’s best places to work, and we aim to keep the tradition going.
A Well-Deserved and Highly-Anticipated Celebration
We’ve waited a long time to come back together safely. So even though we thrived as a fully-remote organization, it was great for everyone to meet in person and raise a glass to all that we’ve accomplished.
We look forward to a strong finish to 2022, continually supporting our customers, and keep refining our GRC platform designed to help GRC pros succeed.
