Culture and People

At LogicGate, our people are the foundation of everything we do. We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our employees and our customers by empowering and enabling our people to take ownership, make an impact, and deliver their best work.

The Origin Story

LogicGate was founded in 2015 by GRC consultants Matt Kunkel, Jon Siegler, and Dan Campbell, who shared frustrations with complex, hard-to-use point solutions and time spent assisting clients with off-the-shelf products, and thought, “We could do this so much better.” Driven by their commitment to innovation and a passion for creating user‑friendly solutions, they set out to transform GRC software, setting a new standard in the industry.

What We Do

LogicGate provides modern, enterprise‑grade GRC expertise and quick time-to-value solutions empowering cyber, governance, risk, and compliance professionals to manage and mature their programs efficiently and effectively.
