Our people are our DNA, and our annual Company Kickoff in Chicago is where that culture is solidified. By gathering in person to celebrate wins and establish absolute clarity on the year ahead, we ensure every team member is empowered to “raise the bar” for one another and for our customers.
Following 2025’s theme of Momentum, this year’s Company Kick-Off centered on Fast Into The Future, a racing-inspired concept that reflects the pace of change across the GRC industry as AI and emerging technologies reshape how organizations manage risk. It’s also a theme we take to heart. As the market leader, we aren’t on cruise control—we’re setting the pace.
CEO Matt Kunkel and President & COO Diego Panama set the bar on day one. Celebrating a landmark 2025—LogicGate’s most successful year yet—the room was electric, hyping up record-breaking months, highlighting incredible industry recognition, and securing nearly 50% year-over-year ARR growth from large enterprise customers! After well-deserved moments of celebrating our collective wins, Matt and Diego shared personal anecdotes and perspectives on the company’s journey, articulating the profound responsibility that comes with being the industry leader, how to relentlessly fuel continued growth, and the discipline required to keep pushing for what’s next. The underlying ethos was unmistakable: move quickly, never assume “best” is the finish line, and employees are empowered to do their best work and make bold decisions.

Accelerating Innovation
The mandate is clear: we are accelerating our innovation trajectory to keep pace with the evolving scale and complexity of global enterprise risk teams.
Product innovation took center stage, demonstrating our trajectory toward predictive risk management. Jon Siegler, Chief Product Officer, and Terry Peppers, Senior Vice President of Engineering, shared how intentional AI is redefining GRC. From AI amplifying human performance, to game-changing automation efficiencies, to ALM, to connected orchestration, and so much more! (If you haven’t registered yet, let us know so we can get you a ticket to Agility and let you see all this innovation for yourself. You didn’t think we’d leak our most disruptive innovations in a simple blog post, did you?)
While achieving nearly 50% year-over-year ARR growth within the large enterprise segment is a powerful validation of our strategy, we are now focused on intensifying that velocity to outpace evolving market demands. Maureen Noonan, Chief Revenue Officer, and Michael Schultz, Chief Marketing Officer, stood on stage presenting absolute clarity: we aren’t just maintaining our market leadership position; we are pivoting toward dominant enterprise scale, ensuring LogicGate is the recognized engine behind the next era of accelerated risk innovation. Want the under-the-hood breakdown of what this means for our customers? Reach out, and we’ll share the roadmap—but you won’t find that level of strategic intel in a blog post.
Caroline Werner, Chief Administrative & HR Officer, showcased her signature cultural stewardship: championing our culture and our employees. Our time dedicated to our culture & experience highlighted our investment in the LogicGate career journey, development opportunities focused on innovation, and our continued commitment to giving back to the communities where we live and work. Caroline led our Company awards, recognizing stand-out employees for exceptional performance as leaders, innovators, and champions across the business that helped drive our landmark year. Our ears are still ringing from the room erupting in an unprecedented display of collective pride, a testament to the fact that at LogicGate, our people are—and always will be—our greatest asset and differentiator.
A View from the CISO Seat
We were honored to host elite and distinguished risk leaders, who joined Matt Kunkel on stage to provide high-value, strategic insights that are currently shaping the risk landscape
Together, they covered how security leaders are navigating an increasingly complex risk landscape, from evolving regulatory expectations to the growing role of AI and emerging technologies in managing enterprise risk. Across industries, one theme stood out: organizations need greater visibility and coordination across risk programs as threats and compliance requirements continue to evolve. And a little more time to rest and sleep would be great!

In addition to our panel discussion, member LogicGate’s Board of Directors, Wiz, and Former SVP/ CISO / Chief Trust Officer for DocuSign, United Airlines, and AECOM, Emily Heath, joined Diego Panama for an unfiltered executive session, examining the evolving mandates of today’s CISOs and the proactive strategies required to mitigate operational volatility and limit surprises. Her level of transparency and directness is exactly what we value; it allows us to bypass ambiguity and focus relentlessly on understanding our customers’ needs and empowering our teams to act with authenticity.

Driving Impact
It wouldn’t be a LogicGate CKO event without giving back to the community! We empower our people to raise the bar in everything they do, including giving back to the communities where they live and work. LogicGate provides dedicated volunteer hours to every employee to ensure our team can invest their time and talent into the organizations and causes that matter most to them. Throughout the day, we reflected on the impact our employees had in 2025 and challenged them to have an even larger impact in 2026. You can check out some of what we did in 2025 here!
And onsite at CKO, our Employee Resource Groups (AAPI at LogicGate, Pride at LogicGate, and Women in LogicGate) partnered with Love For Our Elders, a nonprofit dedicated to combating loneliness in senior communities through handwritten letters. Employees wrote warm sentiments, kind words, and uplifting notes to help bring joy to those receiving the letters. That focus on community carried over into one of the most memorable moments of the day: the LogicGate Bike Build Challenge, hosted by Feet First Events. Employees were split into teams for a friendly competition of mini games and puzzles, earning bike parts used to assemble 20 bicycles from scratch, which were then donated to Christopher House to support children and families in the Chicago community. The saying stands true: it feels good doing good!

Crossing the Finish Line
Our time together was defined by a powerful blend of market validation, community impact, innovation spotlights, and celebrations. We emerged with absolute clarity on our FY26 roadmap and the collective mandate to not only meet our targets but to significantly out-index them.
The takeaway was absolute: as the GRC landscape continues its rapid evolution, LogicGate is matching that velocity with unwavering intent. With an industry-shaping strategy and a team fully synchronized around our FY26 mandates, we are positioned to set the pace for the future of risk.
