Use Spark AI to do the mind numbing work you hate doing, so you can focus your time on more strategic priorities.

3. Provide Feedback

Provide your feedback before Friday, December 12, 2025. Feedback is optional, the only required input is your name and company name. The level of input does not impact eligibility or odds of winning.

4. Enter for a Chance to Win

Three winners will be chosen at random to win a $200 Amazon gift card each. The winners will be informed by Wednesday, December 17, 2025 and the gift cards will be delivered via email.

Official Promotion Rules

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.

  1. Eligibility: This promotion (“Contest”) is open only available to LogicGate customers. Employees of LogicGate, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
  2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 6:00am CST and ends on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Midnight, CST. (“Promotion Period”).
  3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
    a. Activate Spark AI and engage with the features within the Risk Cloud platform.
    b. Visit (insert link) and provide a submission of participant’s name and company name. Providing feedback is optional and does not impact eligibility or odds of winning.
    c. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
  4. Prize: Three (3) winners will be selected at random to receive one (1) $200 USD gift card each. The type of gift card will be determined by LogicGate (e.g., Amazon, Visa, etc.). Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.
  5. Winner Selection: Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about Monday, December 15, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, including a link to access the gift card.
  7. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of LogicGate. LogicGate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion for any reason.
